Course Format

This 8-week course consists of

  • 1.5 hours of live virtual instruction each week

  • Approximately 1-2 hours of reading and practice problems between sessions

  • Office hours by request

When you complete the course, you are prepared to pass HSMAI's Certified Revenue Management Analyst (CRMA) exam.
